Shipping
-Items will be shipped via Tracked 48hr Royal Mail
-Estimated cost: up to 2kg: £4, up to 10kg: £8, free shipping for orders over £25.
-Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
-We do not currently offer international delivery. We also do not deliver to Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Belfast, Jersey and Guernsey at present.
-Orders dispatched 2-4 days after order
-If there are any delays or issues with your order we will email you as soon as possible.
-While we aim to ship on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as postal service issues). We will do our best to help if a parcel is lost or delayed, but please note that Royal Mail guidelines apply, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays after the parcel is dispatched.
Returns
-If the item purchased is faulty, please return the goods to us in the condition in which they were purchased, with the original order number and name within 30 days of purchase and we will offer a refund. Please email us with details of fault before returning.
